Colour Services

Patch testing required for clients who have never had a colour service in this salon. Colour services are not applicable for under 16's. All colour change transformations require a consultation and 50% deposit of the total service price to secure the appointment booking.

Blow Dry Bar

Appointments to be made on the same day, when booking quote 'Blow Dry Bar'. Appointments subject to availability and with selected stylists.

Cancellations

Please note 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations. Otherwise 50% of the total service price will be charged, cancellations should be made by calling us on 01932 849988.

Our Loyalty Reward Card

Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your loyalty card points must not be transferred to a third party. Points can only be redeemed on certain services and treatments. Your loyalty card points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Gift Cards

All giftcards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Price Alteration

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT. All prices for appointments are confirmed at point of consultation, if the service is changed.

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
